A private tour where you pick every stop, a bus for the company outing, or shuttles that get the whole wedding there and back.
Books online
Up to 14 passengers; the bus is reserved for your group. $120/hour Monday to Thursday, $140/hour Friday to Sunday, 5-hour minimum.
You decide where to go and how long to stay: Hop On's booking page says "we can add stops that aren't on the list." A 25% deposit reserves the bus. No pickups on Wintergreen Mountain, per the hourly and charter listings.
Books online
Executive buses for 18, 22 or 28: TVs, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth music, water and snacks. From $130 an hour weekdays, five-hour minimum, $250 deposit per bus. They book online; for more than one bus, Hop On quotes by email.
Touring breweries or wineries in an 18-seat bus or larger? Per Hop On's terms, your group secures each stop's approval first.
Requested from Hop On
Refurbished school buses, solid grey or black, with heat and air: 30 or 46 guests, $155 and $160 an hour, eight-hour minimum, $250 deposit per bus. A 28-seat shuttle with a wheelchair lift is available on request.
Hop On's shuttle page: "almost anywhere within Virginia state lines." One listing says shuttle requests must be emailed; the shuttle listing itself also takes them on the booking page.

Rates as Hop On's booking pages list them, October 2026. On the 18-seat buses and up, a 20% driver gratuity is added and the balance is due 30 days before the date. Pricing can move with fuel costs, per Hop On's terms.
On board
Some amenities aren't on the school buses. The private-tour listing says there's no restroom on board, and encourages one of your group to DJ over Bluetooth.
Weddings and big groups
Hop On's shuttle page asks for the date, the pickup and drop-off times and places, the venue, the occasion and a contact for the day. The quote form asks for exactly that, so a request arrives complete.
